Method
- Put tea bags in a pot, bring to a boil in one cup of milk. Remove from heat and let it steep
- Whisk together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla
- Mix together dry ingredients and then slowly add wet to dry
- Gradually add steeped tea and milk and mix well
- Put into greased pan or cupcake tins. Bake at 350F for about 30-40 minutes
- Cool and the glaze with icing of choice
